App Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using CamerOH! ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.These Terms apply to all users of the App, including free users, founding users, trial users, and subscribers.
CamerOH! is a mobile camera application for Android that provides photography and video tools including multiple shooting modes, manual camera controls, and image processing features. The App is developed and operated by Eclectic Innovation Pte. Ltd., a business registered in Singapore ("we," "us," or "our").
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
4.1 Founding Users
Users who installed the App before a future date to be announced ("the Phase 2 Date") receive complimentary full access to all features at no charge. This access is non-transferable, tied to the original installation, and applies only to the Google Play account associated with that install. We reserve the right to modify this arrangement with reasonable advance notice.
4.2 Free Preview
Users who install the App on or after the Phase 2 Date receive a 14-day free preview with full access to all features. At the end of the 14-day period, continued access requires an active subscription or lifetime purchase.
4.3 Paid Access
After the free preview ends, access to the App requires one of the following:
Annual Subscription — renews automatically each year until cancelled
Lifetime Purchase — one-time payment for permanent access
5.1 Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Google Play. By subscribing, you authorise Google Play to charge your payment method on file on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription price.
5.2 Taxes
Prices shown may be inclusive of applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) where required by Singapore law. Google Play collects and remits applicable taxes on our behalf.
5.3 Free Trial
The Annual Subscription includes a 14-day free billing trial for eligible users. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged the annual subscription price.
5.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
5.5 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with Google Play's refund policies. Where required by applicable Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, we will work with you to resolve billing disputes fairly.
5.6 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price change. Continued use of the App after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
5.7 Restore Purchase
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, your subscription can be restored through the Google Play account associated with the original purchase.
6.1 Ownership
All photos and videos you capture using the App are yours. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.
6.2 No Upload or Storage
The App does not upload, transmit, or store your photos or videos on any server operated by us. All content remains on your device or in the storage location you designate (e.g., your device gallery).
6.3 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for backing up your photos and videos. We are not liable for any loss of content due to device failure, App malfunction, accidental deletion, or any other cause.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). The Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

The App, including its code, design, graphics, user interface, and branding, is owned by Eclectic Innovation Pte. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "CamerOH!" and its associated logo are our trademarks.You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the App. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
You agree not to use the App to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation, including the laws of Singapore
Photograph or record individuals without their consent where consent is required by law
Capture, store, or distribute content that is illegal, obscene, or infringes the rights of others
The App incorporates open-source software components. A list of these components and their applicable license terms is available within the App under Settings → Licenses.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by Singapore law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
The App will function on every device or Android version
Photos and videos captured using the App will be saved successfully in all circumstances
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
Subject to the above, and to the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) ten Singapore dollars (SGD $10.00). We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of photos, loss of data, or loss of revenue.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eclectic Innovation Pte. Ltd. from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. For material changes that affect paid subscribers, we will provide reasonable advance notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. We encourage resolution of disputes through the Singapore Mediation Centre before initiating court proceedings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eclectic Innovation regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements relating to the same subject matter.
