Suffragan Bishop Fletcher is a second-generation Apostolic Preacher, Teacher, Revivalist, and Lecturer with a sincere desire for souls to be saved. He was saved at the early age of eight and in July of 1976 he formally accepted his calling in the ministry and received his first ministerial license from the Alabama District Council. In 1983, he was sent to Pensacola, Florida, where he was assigned as the pastor of Calvary Christian Pentecostal Church, which only had twelve members. Within one year he was ordained as an Elder in the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. organization and after only five years of faithful service to the Alabama District Council, he was elevated to the position of District Elder. His elevation brought with it a collage of challenging tests and trials, but through it all, he remained faithful to the things of God and in 1996, under his leadership, a $1.4 million edifice was constructed by the Calvary Christian Church. In March of 1997, the first service was held at the new edifice and shortly thereafter, he was elevated to the office of Suffragan Bishop. As a progressive and devoted Kingdom Builder, he faithfully served as the Secretary and Chairman for the Alabama District Council Executive Board for eleven years and one term respectively.
