*Registration is a one-time fee, is non-refundable, and is due upon enrollment.
*Tuition Payments- Accounts will be billed prior to the first of the month and must be paid in full by cash, check, money order, online bank bill pay (through your bank's website), or through our website by electronic check (1% fee) or credit card (3% fee), on or before the 1st of the month. Late payments will be subject to a penalty of $15 which will be assessed to your account. Cash payments should be made directly to the school office personnel. If the account becomes delinquent any time during the school year, you will receive communication requiring immediate payment in full on your balance. If the account becomes 30 days delinquent, necessary arrangements need to be made, or we may require you to take your child out of school until the balance is paid in full.

*Extended Care requires at least 4 committed extended care students in order to be implemented.

*Minimum Requirement to receive accredited diploma: Be enrolled in Accredited Program Senior year and complete 6 credits through A Beka Academy
Discounts
*Discount available for multi-student families. 10% discount is applied to the entire family's tuition if there is more than one student enrolled. For Extended Care, 10% discount is only applied if multiple students are using extended care and the discount will be applied to all students in extended care (see office for questions).
*CFS Financial Tuition Aid will be available to families: Variable Tuition/Tuition Assistance is a needs based program for school tuition assistance. Families applying for Variable Tuition are required to fill out the Tuition Assistance Worksheet located at www.cfslogin.com. A new application is required every school year. The cost is $30 to apply and you will pay that amount online. Stop by the School office and we can give you an instruction sheet with our school number.
*CFS Tuition Assistance is only applied toward Tuition, not for Registration, Extended Care, or Accredited Program fees.
*Families who receive CFS are not eligible for the multi-student discount.
