CalTrend Terms of Service
Please read the following terms of service carefully before using our application.

By accessing or using CalTrend ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the Terms, you may not access or use the App.

You must have the necessary legal capacity to agree to these Terms and use the App. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization and you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

To access certain features of the App, you may need to sign in with your Apple ID or other account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Responsibilities
a. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
b. You agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including but not limited to violating intellectual property rights, engaging in illegal activities, or distributing harmful content.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on the App are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, modify, distribute, or reproduce any of the content without proper authorization.

7. Payment Terms
a. Payment Processing through RevenueCat:
Cal Trend utilizes RevenueCat ("Payment Processor") for payment processing and subscription management services. By using our app, you agree to abide by RevenueCat's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
b. Pricing and Payment:
You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges as specified in the app. Prices are subject to change at any time. By making a purchase, you authorize the Payment Processor to charge your chosen payment method.
c. Subscriptions:
Our app may offer subscription-based services. Subscription details, including pricing, duration, and features, will be provided within the app. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled before the renewal date.
d. Cancellation and Refunds:
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation requests are processed by the Payment Processor. We do not offer refunds for any unused portion of a subscription.
e. Taxes:
You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your purchases, based on the tax jurisdiction of the country or location provided during the purchase.
f. Billing Disputes:

g. Payment Information:
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

If you make in-app purchases through app stores or other third-party platforms, additional terms and conditions may apply as per those platforms' policies.
8. Termination of Account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause.
9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
a. The App is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
b. We are not liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.

We reserve the right to update and modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms. Your continued use of the App after the changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
