Click the round plus button at the bottom of the main page
Search for the food you want
Click the result you like
Enter the amount of the food in grams
Click confirm
It will take you back to the search page, so you can search for more foods. If you are done, simply click "Back" in the upper left hand corner
Click the round plus button at the bottom of the main page
Click "Activity"
Add the workout name
Add the calorie count
Click confirm
On the main page, simply swipe from left to right on the entry you wish to delete
Click delete
On the main page, click the calories remaining text at the top of the screen
It will open a new page, enter the target you want to set for your daily calories
Click confirm
If you wish to go back without changing the target calories, simply swipe down
On the main page, click the left and right buttons at the top to switch between days

We collect the information you provide to us. It is only stored on your own device and is not transferred anywhere else. We do not collect any information about your device other than what is being provided to us via the Health app on your Apple device. It is held on your device until you either delete specific entries/data from the app, or delete the app altogether.
