How to Apply to the TIER Partnership (for 2024 start)

APPLICANTS MUST COMPLETE BOTH STEPS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE TIER RESIDENCY:

STEP 1: Apply to a Cal Poly Credential Program via Cal State Apply by their established deadline.

- 1. - Single Subject Program: February 1st Deadline. How to apply to Single Subject here
    - Multiple Subject Program: March 1st Deadline. How to apply to Multiple Subject here
    - Special Education Program: April 1st Deadline. How to apply to SPED here

STEP 2: Apply to the TIER Program here by priority deadlines for each program (Feb 1st: Single Subject; March 1st: MSTEP; April: SPED).

Note: For Bilingual applicants, complete the application to SABE (Spanish Authorization for Bilingual Educators) which is embedded in the credential program application.

Bilingual Multiple/Single Subject TIER applicants DO NOT have to complete an application to the Master's in Curriculum & Instruction program at this time. Only complete the single or multiple credential program application.
