• DO NOT claim my artwork as your own.

• Only I, the buyer of my art, and the owner of the character(s) in the art may use my art.

• You may not use my art as part of an AI training data set, AI generation, or as an NFT.

  • This includes commissioned images.

• I take payment in CAD via invoices! I will PM/DM you said invoice once your order is accepted.

• I do not accept mixed or alternative payment.

• I do not hold adopts or slots.

• Each breeding will have it's own form, if you don't fill it out I will ignore you.

• Please do not delete your comment or post a new one if I don't immediately respond to you.

  • If you change your mind on ordering, or if you wish to change your order before I've accepted it, please edit your comment or reply to yourself instead. 

• Once bought, credit me as the original designer and artist when reuploading.

• Once bought, you can change anything about the adopt's design and any given information about it. (name, spieces, etc)

• Once bought, you can do whatever you please with the adopt. (gore, nsfw, etc)

• Once bought, you can resell, raffle, co-own, gift, or trade the design.

  • Notify me of the new owner.

• I don't send separate images of the adopt if the adopt is from a batch sheet.

• notes for OTA adopts only (will be getting rid of these things eventually)
  • Preferences - Money > Art > Characters > DA Points
  • If making an offer of art, you will get 2 weeks per piece (max. 6 weeks at 3+ pieces) for payment before I reopen the adopt.
  • If making an OTA offering, be as specific as possible with what you are offering.

• Customs are done via character fusion, or via moodboard insperation.

• I will breed any gender and species together.

  • I will breed open, semi-open, semi-closed and closed species, however if more than 1 offspring is produced, you must leave one result untaken for someone else to get.

  • I will break those spieces breeding rules, as i do not know nor care for them. If you want me to follow them, you will have to clarify these spesifications to me, as I will not look for them myself.

• Use the 'Preferences' section of the form to specify how you'd like the offspring to look.

  • You may ask for anything you'd like, such as traits to keep or remove from offspring, colour pallette limits or preferences, or if you'd like the offspring to have a species other than either parents'.

• My breeders are not for sale - only their results.

  • Breeding results are concidered non-canon to me unless I keep them.

  • You can determine if offspring are canon offspring or not to your characters on your own time. 

    • Don't canonize my characters/breeders into your world.

• Moodboard based customs must have at least 1 image collage as a reference.

  • I will not accept only a colour palette

  • I will not accept a link to a Pinterest or other inspo board.

Note again, that none of the results have to match the parents' species, nor eachothers. They could all be entirely separate species to one another if you so desire.
