Agreement Overview
These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between Calorie Counter From Food Snap and you. This Agreement outlines the general terms and conditions of your use of the Calorie Counter From Food Snap mobile application and its products or services.
Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using the Calorie Counter From Food Snap mobile application or its content for the following purposes:
(a) Any unlawful activity.
(b) Soliciting others to engage in unlawful acts.
(c) Violating international, federal, provincial, state regulations, or local ordinances.
(d) Infringing intellectual property rights of the app or third parties.
(e) Harassment, abuse, discrimination, or other hateful conduct.
(f) Submitting false or misleading information.
(g) Uploading malicious code or viruses that could harm functionality.
(h) Collecting or tracking personal information of others.
(i) Spamming, phishing, scraping, or similar activities.
(j) Engaging in obscene or immoral purposes.
(k) Circumventing security features of the app, related apps, or the internet.
Violation of any prohibited uses may result in termination of services.
Subscription Fees, Payment Terms, and Refund Policy
Subscription Pricing
Weekly Subscription: $4.99/week.
Annual Subscription: Free for the first 3 days, then $29.99/year.
Payment Details
Payment is charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the current period ends.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.
Management: Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in your Account Settings.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued, as the software is delivered in full upon purchase.
Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Updated pricing will be reflected in the App Store description.
Copyrights
If you believe your copyrighted work is being infringed, contact us with:
Identification of the copyrighted work.
Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number).
A statement of good faith belief that the material is unauthorized.
A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate.
A signature or electronic equivalent of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
Privacy Policy
The app's Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your data. By using this app, you agree to its terms.
Intellectual Property Rights
This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. All trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used are the property of Calorie Counter From Food Snap or respective third parties.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calorie Counter From Food Snap is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profits, revenue, or data).
Aggregate liability exceeding $1 or the amount you paid within the prior one-month period.
Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Bangladesh. By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to a jury trial.
Changes and Amendments
We may update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting in the app. Your continued use signifies acceptance of updated terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the app, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the app.
