Important: Our AI meal analysis feature sends data to OpenAI. You will be asked for your explicit consent before this feature is activated.

AI Calorie Guru Tracker uses OpenAI's API to power its meal analysis features. When you use AI analysis, the following data is transmitted to OpenAI:

• Food photos you submit for analysis

• Text descriptions of meals you provide

• Profile information including age, weight, and health goals (used to generate personalized nutritional estimates)

This data is sent solely for the purpose of generating nutritional analysis and calorie estimates. We do not sell your data to OpenAI or any other party. You will be asked to provide your consent before any data is shared with OpenAI. You may withdraw your consent at any time in the App's Settings, which will disable AI-powered meal analysis features.

• OpenAI: As described in Section 4, for AI-powered meal analysis.

• Apple: Subscription and purchase data is processed through Apple's App Store infrastructure.

6. Children's Privacy
