1️⃣ Information We Collect

We do not collect personally identifiable information such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers.

However, we collect certain data automatically, including device information, advertising identifiers, and usage data, for app functionality, analytics, and advertising purposes.

Usage data (how you use the app, e.g., features visited)

This data is used only to show ads and improve the app.

2️⃣ Use of Ads

Our app uses Google AdMob to display ads. Ads collect data like your approximate location (based on IP), device and advertising identifiers, and interaction with ads. This information is collected and processed by third-party advertising providers, including Google AdMob, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Google AdMob may use cookies and similar technologies to personalize ads.

3️⃣ Analytics

We use anonymized analytics to improve the app experience. You can accept or decline and change your choice later in Settings.

4️⃣ Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

However, data may be shared with third-party service providers (such as Google AdMob) solely for advertising and analytics purposes, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

5️⃣ Privacy Policy Inside the App

You can access this Privacy Policy anytime in: Settings → Privacy Policy

6️⃣ Data Retention

Local app data you create (for example: logged foods, weight logs, water/exercise logs, custom foods, reminders, badges, and memories) is stored only on your device and is retained until you delete it or uninstall the app.

If analytics is enabled, anonymized analytics data is retained for up to 26 months and is automatically deleted after this period.

Advertising identifiers and any data collected by third-party services, including Google AdMob, are retained and managed by those providers according to their own privacy policies. We do not control the retention period of such data.

7️⃣ How to Delete Your Data

You can delete your in-app data at any time directly from within the app:

Go to Settings → Delete Information → confirm deletion.

This action permanently removes all locally stored app data from your device.

Please note:

We can only delete data stored locally on your device or handled directly by us.

Data collected and stored by third-party services (such as Google AdMob) is managed independently. To delete such data, you must use the privacy controls provided by those third parties.

8️⃣ Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to control your data.

You can:

Delete your data at any time inside the app (Settings → Delete Information)

Disable analytics from the app settings

Contact us to request assistance with data-related requests

We respond to all verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.

9️⃣ Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available in the app.
