We offer flexible appointment times, including weekends and after-hours. If distance is a concern, online sessions via video calls are also available. Services are provided in English and or Vietnamese.

Catherine is the founder and the hypno-psychotherapist at Calm Mind Therapy Adelaide since 2019.
Catherine is also an experienced Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree, along with a broad range of credentials, skills, and experiences in psychotherapeutic interventions, including an advanced Diploma in Hypno-Psychotherapy and certificates in: Rapid Resolution Therapy (RTT), Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
