Contacts Permission (READ_CONTACTS): Accesses contacts locally on device to display contact names associated with calls in history and notifications.

CallWise uses the accessed information only to provide the main features of the app, including:

- Detecting when a call is received or ended

- Showing a notification after a call

- Allowing users to save a reason for the call

- Displaying contact names related to calls

- CallWise is a fully offline application
