This Privacy Policy explains how IGI Studio - FPS TPS & Cover Games ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with the mobile game Black Duty Ops of WW Warzone (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We do not require account registration and do not directly collect your name, email address, or other personally identifiable information to operate the App. However, the App uses third-party advertising and mediation SDKs which automatically collect certain information for the purpose of displaying ads, measuring performance, and preventing fraud:
Advertising ID (GAID) / App Set ID — Ad personalization, ad measurement, fraud prevention
Approximate location (derived from IP address) — Ad targeting and fraud prevention (no GPS/precise location is accessed)
Device information (model, OS version, language, screen size) — Ad serving and diagnostics
App interaction & diagnostic data (crash logs, performance data) — App stability and performance improvement
Network/connection information — Ad delivery optimization
We do not knowingly collect precise GPS location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data.
3. Advertising & Mediation Partners
The App uses Unity LevelPlay as its ad mediation platform, which serves ads through the following third-party ad networks:

4. Your Consent Choices (GDPR / UK / US State Privacy Laws)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or a U.S. state with applicable privacy laws, the App will present a consent form (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before loading personalized ads. You may:

Change your consent choice at any time from the in-app Privacy Settings option.
Reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time via your device's system settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Google Settings → Ads).
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising shown in the App is not configured for child-directed treatment. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us using the details below so we can take appropriate action.
6. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. Information collected by the advertising SDKs described above is shared with those third-party ad networks strictly for the purposes of displaying and measuring advertisements, and preventing invalid traffic, as permitted under Google Play's User Data policy.
Data collected by our advertising partners is transmitted using industry-standard encryption (TLS). While we work with reputable partners, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of data associated with your device identifiers. Since the App does not maintain user accounts, most such requests should be made directly through your device's advertising settings, or by contacting us at the email below for requests relating to data held by our service providers.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
