Welcome to CallBackup Vault (the "App"), developed and operated by Deep Developer Hub (referred to herein as "Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using or accessing CallBackup Vault, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to our collection, storage, and use of your data as described herein. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect and Process
To provide core functionality—such as managing, backing up, and restoring call logs, contacts, SMS messages, and application files—the App may process the following data categories:
Local Backup Data: Data contained within your call logs, text messages, contact lists, and application packages (APKs) that you explicitly choose to back up, export, or transfer.
Temporary Cloud/Server Transfer Data: When you utilize our Quick Backup / Secure Transfer feature, encrypted backup payloads or contact snippets are temporarily transmitted to and stored on our secure cloud servers for the duration selected by you.
2. Server Retention & Automated Deletion Policy
User-Controlled Retention: When using server-assisted transfer or quick backup services, you select the specific duration for which your data remains available on our server.
Automated Expiry and Deletion: Once your selected retention duration elapses, our automated server routines permanently and irreversibly delete your data from our cloud infrastructure. No residual copies are retained.
3. Local Storage and Data Ownership
All primary backups remain strictly under your control on your device’s local storage (e.g., public Documents directory) or within your personal cloud storage integrations. We do not inspect, index, or harvest your personal files or logs for advertising or profiling.
4. Google Ads and Third-Party Analytics
CallBackup Vault displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies and mobile advertising identifiers to serve ads based on your visits to our App and other sites across the Internet.
You can manage or opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device's ad settings or by visiting the Google Ads Privacy Policy.
5. Data Security
We implement robust administrative, technical, and physical security measures—including industry-standard encryption protocols during data transit and automated deletion pipelines—to protect your temporary server-side files from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
6. Children's Privacy
CallBackup Vault does not knowingly target, solicit, or collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operational practices, features, or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy within the App or on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
