Play-tested the title for narrative consistency, grammatical errors, and other bugs.

Created and executed testing plans: checklists, notes, timelines, choice trees, etc. 

Participated in the submissions processes from initial first-party submissions until the end of the cycle (DLC). 

Tested the title for visual, grammar, as well as general game-play issues/bugs. 

Continuously created and executed personalized testing plans using internal resources in order to thoroughly check quest lines, character abilities, and over-arching narrative consistency. 

Represented 2K Games as a customer service agent during the release of NBA 2K23. 

Addressed player concerns and inquires by using internal resources, troubleshooting techniques, and overall soft skills. 

Ensured that the title maintains a consistent narrative tone within and throughout various character voices and interactions as well as cleared the title of grammar errors.
