Welcome to CallFlow. We built this application with a core philosophy: your data belongs to you. This Privacy Policy explains how CallFlow operates, what permissions it requires, and how your information is handled.
2. Zero Data Collection & Offline Operation
CallFlow operates entirely locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, store, share, or sell any of your personal data, execution logs, or scheduled tasks. Everything you do inside CallFlow stays on your phone.
3. Why We Request Specific Permissions
To provide its core automation functionality, CallFlow requires certain sensitive Android permissions. Here is exactly how they are used locally:
Phone / Make and Manage Calls (CALL_PHONE): Required to automatically dial the scheduled USSD codes (such as call forwarding activations) in the background without manual user intervention.
Phone State (READ_PHONE_STATE): Required to detect Dual SIM configurations. This allows the app to route your scheduled USSD codes through the specific SIM card you assign to a task.
Alarms & Reminders (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM): Ensures that your scheduled tasks execute exactly at the time you specified, even if your phone is asleep.
Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used strictly to provide you with local alerts about the success or failure of your scheduled tasks, and to prompt you for manual execution if required.
4. Data Storage and Management
Local Database: All tasks, USSD codes, and execution histories are stored locally on your device's internal database (SQLite/Room).
Backups: You have the ability to export and import your tasks manually via CSV files. These files are generated locally and stored on your device's file system.
5. Third-Party Services
Because CallFlow operates offline, it does not use third-party analytics or crash reporting tools (such as Google Analytics or Firebase).
The only third-party integration is Google Play Billing, which is used securely by the Android OS to process in-app purchases (e.g., upgrading to CallFlow Pro). Payment processing is handled entirely by Google, and we do not have access to your credit card information.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Since the app is completely offline, we cannot notify you via in-app push notifications from a server. We advise you to review this page periodically for any changes.
