Callerific provides inbound call generation and marketing services designed to connect businesses with potential customers actively seeking their services.

Callerific does not guarantee specific results, revenue, or job bookings.

2. Eligibility

By using the Services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• You have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your business

• You will use the Services only for lawful business purposes

3. Free Trial / Promotional Offers

Callerific may offer promotional trials, including free inbound calls.

• Free calls are provided at Callerific’s discretion

• Callerific does not guarantee call volume, quality, or conversion

• Abuse of trial offers may result in termination of access

• Contractors offered a free trial are not automatically assigned a territory. Calorific and it’s agents reserve the right to assign who they want to each territory.

4. Paid Services & Billing

If you purchase paid services:

• You agree to pay all fees as outlined at the time of purchase

• Payments may be recurring (e.g., monthly) unless otherwise stated

• All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated

• Callerific reserves the right to modify pricing with notice

Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Call Exclusivity

Callerific may offer geographic or service-based exclusivity:

• Exclusivity is not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed upon in writing

• Callerific reserves the right to determine lead distribution

• Abuse or misuse of leads may result in loss of exclusivity

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Respond to incoming calls professionally and promptly

• Provide accurate business information

• Not misuse, resell, or redirect leads without authorization

• Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or illegal practices

7. No Guarantee of Results

Callerific provides marketing and call generation services only.

We do not guarantee:

• Number of calls

• Quality of leads

• Conversion rates

• Revenue or profit

Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your service quality, pricing, and customer interaction.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, branding, and materials provided by Callerific are the property of Callerific.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our systems

• Reverse engineer or attempt to replicate our service model

9. Termination

Callerific may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Fail to make payments

• Abuse the system or leads

You may cancel your service at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Callerific shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits or revenue

• Missed business opportunities

• Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the previous 30 days.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Callerific from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from:

• Your use of the Services

• Your business operations

• Any interactions with customers generated through our platform

12. Modifications to Terms

Callerific reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Callerific operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
