Terms of Use for TrueCaller ID : Find by Number

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TrueCaller ID : Find By Number mobile application (the “App”), operated by us (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. App Purpose & License

TrueCaller ID : Find By Number is a caller identification and number search application designed to help users identify incoming calls and search phone numbers.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
  
  

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  
  

• Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
  
  

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  
  

• Provide accurate information where required
  
  

• Respect the privacy and rights of others
  
  

You are solely responsible for how you use the App and any data you choose to share.

3. Privacy & Data Use

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

The App offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock premium features.

Available Subscription Plans

• Weekly Subscription: USD $6.99 per week
  
  

• Yearly Subscription: USD $79.99 per year
  
  

Billing & Renewal

• Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation.
  
  

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  
  

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  
  

Managing & Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.

5. Free Trials (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered:

• Any unused portion of the trial will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
  
  

• Only one free trial is allowed per Apple ID unless otherwise stated.
  
  

6. Refunds

All payments and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies.

7. Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time
  
  

• Update pricing or subscription offerings (with notice where required by law)
  
  

We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App or its features.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property in the App are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable laws.

You may not use our branding or content without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• That caller identification results will always be accurate
  
  

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  
  

• That all numbers can be identified
  
  

Use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the App
  
  

• Errors or inaccuracies in caller identification
  
  

• Subscription or billing issues
  
  

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Any changes will be posted within the App or on our website, with the effective date updated accordingly. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
