Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service.
Call Ellyse is a login-free app. We do not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
We only collect limited data necessary to operate the app.
When you use the app, we generate a random UUID associated with your device. This identifier is used solely to:
Maintain app functionality
Manage usage limits or credits
Improve performance
Prevent misuse or fraud
This identifier does not reveal your identity and is not used for tracking across other apps or services.
We may collect anonymous usage data such as:
App interactions
Session duration
Feature usage
Crash reports and diagnostics
This information helps us improve the app experience.
If you make in-app purchases, transaction records are processed securely through Apple. We do not receive or store your payment details.
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when You use the Service. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (IP address), device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, the time and date of Your usage, and other diagnostic data.
We use collected information only to:
Provide app functionality
Improve performance and stability
Manage purchases and usage limits
Detect fraud or abuse
Provide technical support
We collect only what is necessary for these purposes.
Voice Data Processing
VoiceAI enables real-time voice conversations with AI assistants. Here is how we handle voice data:
Real-Time Processing Only: Voice audio is streamed in real-time via WebSocket connection to our servers and processed immediately. We do NOT record, store, or retain any audio recordings of your conversations.
No Call Recordings Saved: Your voice conversations are not saved, stored, or accessible after the conversation ends. We cannot replay or retrieve past conversation audio.
Metadata Only: We only store metadata about your conversations, including:
Call duration
Timestamp of when the call occurred
Which AI assistant you spoke with
Credits consumed
AI Processing: Voice data is processed by our proprietary AI model to generate intelligent responses. All processing occurs in real-time and no audio is retained after the conversation ends
Microphone Permission
VoiceAI requires microphone access to enable voice conversations with AI assistants. This permission is:
Only used when you actively initiate a voice call
Required for the core functionality of the app
Can be revoked at any time in your device settings
If you deny microphone permission, you will not be able to use the voice conversation features of the app.
By using VoiceAI's voice conversation features, you explicitly consent to:
• Real-time processing of your voice by our servers
• Transmission of voice data for AI-powered responses
• Collection of conversation metadata (duration, timestamps, assistant type)
• Use of microphone access during active calls
You can control your data by:
• Revoking microphone permission in iOS Settings
• Deleting your account and associated metadata
• Contacting us to exercise your privacy rights
VoiceAI operates on a credit-based system:
Credits are consumed based on conversation duration with AI assistants
We track your credit balance, purchase history, and usage patterns
Transaction data is stored securely in Firebase
Credit information is tied to your account for service continuity
VoiceAI provides multiple AI personality assistants (such as Diet Planner, Fitness Coach, Mental Health Assistant, Financial Advisor, Travel Guide, and others). When you interact with these assistants:
Your voice input is processed in real-time to generate responses
The AI does not retain memory of previous conversations
Different assistants may have different conversational styles but all follow the same data handling practices
No conversation transcripts are stored on our servers
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service.
To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.
To manage credits and transactions: To process credit purchases and track usage.
For business transfers: We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets.
For other purposes: such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, and improving our Service.
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service. These include:
Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, and analytics services.
Cloud hosting providers: For server infrastructure
Payment processors: For handling credit purchases (if applicable).
These Service Providers have access to Your Personal Data only to perform tasks on Our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal compliance.
Conversation Metadata: Call duration, timestamps, and assistant usage history are retained to provide you with your conversation history.
Credit and Transaction Data: Retained for accounting, tax, and legal compliance purposes.
Voice Audio: NOT RETAINED. Voice data is processed in real-time and immediately discarded. We do not store any audio recordings.
You have the right to:
• Access: Request a copy of your personal data we hold
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Data Portability: Receive your conversation history metadata in a portable format
• Opt-Out: Decline to use voice features that involve third-party AI processing
• Withdraw Consent: Stop using voice features at any time

Note: Conversation history metadata (duration, timestamps, assistant used, credits consumed) will be deleted upon account deletion. Since we don't store audio recordings, there are no voice recordings to delete.
You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.
You may contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us.
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. This information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.
We implement industry-standard security measures:
• WebSocket connections use TLS/SSL encryption
• Voice data is encrypted during transmission
• Firebase Authentication provides secure user management
• No persistent storage of voice recordings eliminates long-term audio data risks
• Credit and transaction data is encrypted at rest
While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. Real-time voice processing inherently involves network transmission, but no recordings are retained after processing.
This app is available on the Apple App Store and complies with Apple's App Store Guidelines:
We do not track users across other companies' apps or websites
We do not use IDFA or advertising identifiers
We do not share data with data brokers
Required Permissions:
• Microphone: Essential for voice conversation functionality
• Network: Required for real-time AI communication
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from a child without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
