By downloading, installing, accessing, or using CallArmor: Caller ID & Spam (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
If you are using the App on behalf of an organization or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In such case, "you" and "your" refer to that organization.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
CallArmor: Caller ID & Spam is a mobile application designed to provide caller identification, spam detection, unwanted call management, and related communication-management features.
Depending on the features available in the App and the permissions granted by you, the App may provide functionality such as:
Identifying incoming callers.
Detecting or warning about potential spam calls.
Helping users block or manage unwanted calls.
Providing call-related information and notifications.
Providing SMS or message-management features where supported.
Providing other communication-management tools available within the App.
The App may require certain device permissions to provide these features. You are responsible for reviewing and granting permissions that you consider appropriate.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws and regulations.
Some features of the App may be available only to users with an active Premium Subscription. Premium features are optional and are intended to enhance the user experience.
Certain features may require access to device functions or information, including, where applicable:
Phone and call-related information.
Contacts.
SMS or messaging information.
Notifications.
Other device permissions necessary to provide specific features.
The availability and functionality of these features may depend on your device, operating system, carrier, and permissions granted by you.
You may revoke permissions through your device settings. However, revoking required permissions may prevent certain App features from functioning correctly.
The App does not guarantee that caller identification or spam detection will always be accurate, complete, or available for every phone number.
Caller identification and spam detection information may be generated using available data sources, third-party services, automated systems, or user-provided information.
Such information may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or incorrectly classified.
The App is intended to assist users in identifying potentially unwanted communications. It should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions involving personal safety, financial transactions, emergencies, legal matters, or other situations requiring verified information.
We do not guarantee that every spam, fraudulent, or unwanted call will be detected or blocked.
Certain features of CallArmor: Caller ID & Spam may require a paid subscription ("Premium Subscription").
Subscription plans may be offered on a weekly, monthly, yearly, or other recurring basis. Prices and available plans will be displayed within the App before purchase.
Payments are processed through the applicable app marketplace, including but not limited to Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through your applicable app store account settings.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Any free trial offered by the App may be canceled before the trial period ends. If a Premium Subscription is purchased during a free trial period, any unused portion of the trial may be forfeited where permitted by the applicable platform's policies.
Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, features, and plans at any time. Such changes will apply to future purchases or subscription renewals as permitted by applicable law.
The App may use third-party services to provide or support features such as:
Caller identification.
Spam detection.
Advertising.
Analytics.
Crash reporting.
Cloud or technical infrastructure.
Third-party services may have their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or functionality of third-party services that we do not control.
All software, trademarks, logos, graphics, designs, text, interfaces, and other materials included in the App are owned by Mahmoud Rafek or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify the App without authorization.
Create derivative works based on the App.
Use our trademarks, branding, or copyrighted materials without written permission.
Remove or alter proprietary notices.
Attempt to commercially exploit the App or its content without authorization.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Use the App to harass, threaten, deceive, or harm others.
Use caller identification or other information provided by the App for unlawful surveillance or harassment.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
Interfere with the operation, security, or performance of the App.
Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or automated tools to access the App without authorization.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
Circumvent subscription, security, or access restrictions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mahmoud Rafek disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Merchantability.
Fitness for a particular purpose.
Non-infringement.
Accuracy of caller identification or spam detection.
Availability and uninterrupted operation.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always function without interruption.
The App will be error-free or secure.
Caller identification information will always be accurate.
Spam detection will identify every unwanted or fraudulent call.
Calls or messages will always be successfully identified, filtered, or blocked.
Third-party services will remain available.
The App will be compatible with every device, carrier, or operating system.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mahmoud Rafek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
Use or inability to use the App.
Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated caller identification information.
Incorrect spam detection or classification.
Missed, blocked, or incorrectly identified calls or messages.
Service interruptions, outages, or technical failures.
Third-party services or information.
Subscription purchases or payment processing.
Unauthorized access to systems or information.
Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mahmoud Rafek and its affiliates, employees, officers, licensors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of:
Your use of the App.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of any applicable law.
Your misuse of caller, contact, SMS, or other communication-related information.
Your infringement of intellectual property or other third-party rights.
Your violation of the rights or privacy of another person.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, applicable laws, or have otherwise misused the App.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
