Women Ed is excited to announce SAGE have offered the opportunity of a 3rd book!
We believe it is only right on International Women’s Day to ask if anyone is feeling 10% Braver?

Seven years of WomenEd has meant that we have journeyed with thousands of women who have been held back from being leaders in education for multiple reasons. We will explore the issues that are at the forefront of our work and discuss the challenges women educators and leaders are facing across the globe framed by our 4 campaigns which will form the structure of the book:
· Representation of women in leadership roles
· Representation of more diverse women
· Advocacy for flexible working practices
· Reducing the Gender Pay Gap
We would align such discussions with narratives of women being 10% braver as:
· Individuals
· Leading in organisations
· Tackling systemic issues
This book will contain practical, evidence-based guidance and ‘tools’ to bring about positive change with examples of the change and the impact women are achieving by being 10%braver, as well as how we intend to continue to make a difference. Each chapter will include a ‘Why we know this works’ section which is where evidence of our impact, lessons learned, key wins come in.
This book will build upon the success of #WomenEd’s previous books. We will emphasise intersectionality and highlight the key message of the organisation as we are now – a global charity working to achieve equity, representation, and inclusion of women leaders in education.
