App: Call Break ScorerĀ
Effective date: 24 August 2026 Last updated: 24 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information the Call Break Scorer app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the app, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Call Break Scorer is a digital scorecard for the Call Break card game.
The games, players and settings you create stay on your device, including any player photo you add. There is no account, no sign-in, and we do not upload or sync your data to our servers.
Like most free apps, it uses a small set of trusted third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, ads, and optional in-app purchases, which may collect limited technical and usage data as described below.
We do not sell your personal information.
a) Data you create in the app (stored on your device). Game records, rounds, calls, scores, player names, player photos, statistics and your preferences are stored locally on your device using on-device storage (Room database and preference storage). We cannot see this data, and it is not transmitted to us. It is removed when you delete the data in the app or uninstall the app (subject to any device backup you have enabled).
b) Usage and diagnostic data (via Google Firebase). We use Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring to keep the app stable and understand usage in aggregate. These collect information such as app events and screens viewed, app version, device model, operating-system version, language/region, general performance metrics, and crash diagnostics (including a device identifier used by these services). This data is used in aggregate and not to identify you personally.
c) Advertising data (via Google AdMob). The app is free and shows ads. Google AdMob may process your device's advertising identifier and related technical data to serve and measure ads. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and other applicable regions, we present a consent request (Google's User Messaging Platform). You can reset or limit ad personalization in your device settings at any time.
d) Purchase data (via RevenueCat and Google Play / the App Store). If you buy the optional Pro upgrade or leave a tip, the transaction is handled by the app store and by RevenueCat, which manages entitlements. We receive a purchase/entitlement status (for example, "Pro active"); we do not receive or store your full payment-card details. Your entitlement status is cached on your device so the app works correctly offline.
You can optionally add a photo to a player profile by choosing an image through your device's system photo picker. The image is copied into the app's private storage on your device; it is not uploaded to us or shared with any third party, and it is removed when you delete the player or uninstall the app.
The app can announce a winner aloud. This uses your device's built-in text-to-speech engine; the spoken text is generated on your device and is not collected by us.
Internet - to load ads, analytics/crash reporting, and remote configuration.
Vibrate - for haptic feedback.
Adding a player photo uses the Android system photo picker, which does not require the app to hold a camera or broad storage permission. The app does not request microphone, location or contacts access.
To provide and operate the app's features.
To keep the app stable, diagnose crashes and improve performance.
To understand usage in aggregate and improve the app.
To display and measure ads, and to offer and validate optional purchases.
We do not use your on-device data (including player photos) for advertising, and we do not sell personal information.

This is a general-audience app and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Because we do not maintain accounts and your data stays on your device:
