With a classic and minimalist design, Clic is a voice-controlled assistance device designed to make daily life easier for older people.
It was initially created as a voice assistant that helps the user adjust the lighting in their home (blinds, curtains and lights), but its button-less physical interface allows its functions to be expanded indefinitely, from virtual assistant to communication with emergency services.
Clic recharges during the night on a wireless charging base, possibly located near the user so that they continue to have easy access to it.
As for the materials, Clic would be manufactured from 316L "surgical" stainless steel for an hypoallergenic and durable finish suitable for daily use and waterproofing. The charging base would be made of birch wood and translucent methacrylate.
