Adventure isn't about how far you ride. It's about the roads you discover, the people you meet, and the stories you bring home.

The California ADV Rally & Campout is a grassroots gathering created for adventure riders who enjoy exploring California's scenic highways, mountain passes, forest roads, dirt roads, historic landmarks, and hidden places that many riders simply pass by.

This isn't a race. There are no checkpoints to race against the clock, no sweep riders, and no pressure to keep up with anyone else.

Instead, we've created a Discovery Rally that puts you in control of your own adventure.

Ride Your Own Ride

Every rider has a different idea of adventure.

Some enjoy winding mountain pavement. Others prefer gravel roads, forest trails, desert routes, or remote campsites.

That's why every registered participant receives suggested GPX routes before the event, along with access to approximately a dozen recommended rides displayed each morning at Basecamp.

Ride alone. Ride with friends. Meet new people around the campfire and head out together the next morning.

The adventure is yours to create.

The Weekend

Thursday

Arrival & Camp Setup

Settle into Basecamp, meet fellow riders, and prepare for an unforgettable weekend.

Friday & Saturday

Discovery Ride Days

Choose the route that fits your riding style and experience.

Visit designated checkpoints across Southern California, capture photos at featured locations, discover historic landmarks, scenic overlooks, mountain passes, and hidden backroads.

Some riders may return to Basecamp each evening, while others may spend a night camping beneath the stars before making their way back the next day.

There is no right or wrong way to experience the rally.

Sunday

Community Day

The weekend concludes with raffles, rider recognition, group photos, stories from the road, and one last chance to connect before everyone heads home.

Rider Recognition

While this is not a competitive event, we'll celebrate memorable adventures throughout the weekend with fun recognitions such as:

• Most Checkpoints Completed (Overall)

• Most Checkpoints Completed in Each Region

• All Four Riding Regions Completed

• Best Adventure Photo

• Best Campsite

• Best Motorcycle

These recognitions are simply our way of celebrating the people, motorcycles, and adventures that make every rally unique.

Basecamp

Our official Basecamp is located at Rivers End RV Park in Santa Clarita, California.

After a full day of riding, return to camp, relax around the fire, reconnect with fellow riders, or enjoy a meal at the on-site Pub & BBQ Restaurant.

Basecamp amenities include:

• Three nights of tent camping

• Pub & BBQ Restaurant

• Full Bar

• Live Music

• Restrooms & Showers

• RV Hookups (available directly through the campground)

• Campfire gathering area

Whether you prefer cooking at your campsite or grabbing dinner at the pub, you'll have everything you need to unwind after a day of adventure.
