Stunts, animals, and precision driving scenes are available as a buyback option.
How to include Stunts:
Stunts are quoted online simultaneously with the production.
Stunts must be declared.
Multiple stunts may be declared to a single production.
The production must be scheduled to add a stunt.
Certain stunts are not eligible for worker's compensation.
The following represents a list of eligible stunt types:
Shoots from aircraft including airplanes, helicopters, gliders, balloons and unmanned aircraft (drones). Includes scenic shots from private or commercial aircraft that do not involve aerial acrobatics or other hazardous maneuvers. For aerial scenes other than drones. Does not include aircraft liability.
Scenes involving the use of animals, such as dogs, farm animals, household pets, and zoo animals.
Scenes involving scripted and choreographed falls.
Fight scenes that are choreographed, structured, and sequenced. These scenes may involve physical contact between actors and the use of weapons.
Controlled driving on public roads, race tracks, off-road, chase scenes, skidding, collisions, explosions, motorcycles.
Fireworks, flashboxes, demolition, explosions, and other pyrotechnic effects.
The use of recreational vehicles such as ATV's, go carts, mopeds, motorcycles, scooters, segways, snowmobiles, and similar type vehicles.
Canoes, kayaks, shots on lakes, shoots primarily in water, surfing, pools. Does not provide watercraft coverage.
Scenes that involve prop guns, squibs, blanks, knives or other similar weapons.

A single-term policy for small to mid-sized productions with optional overseas scenes. The full array of insurance coverages at competitive premiums for a single production or series with budgets up to $30 million and a duration of up to 12 months.

A single-term policy for a film production or scene taking place overseas. The full array of insurance coverages at competitive premiums for a single foreign production of any budget, up to 12 months in duration.
To be eligible for Foreign Production Package:
Shoot outside the U.S. and Canada.
Not have stunts, pyrotechnics or underwater activities.
Not take place in a country sanctioned by the U.S. government.
Available for U.S. based production companies shooting outside the U.S. and Canada.

About the Acquisition & Development Component
Acquisition & Development of projects are covered on a blanket basis whilst the project is in the acquisition and development stages of the production cycle. The Acquisition & Development coverage for a given project terminates when either of the following occur:
Principal photography commences for any project, program or production.
Rehearsal commences for any live theatrical production.
When either of the above occur, the Acquisition & Development policy continues in force for other projects that remain in the acquisition and/or development phase. However, productions that have commenced principal photography or live theatrical productions that have commenced rehearsals should purchase coverage via a separate Multimedia Production E&O policy.
About the Film Library Component
The Film Library provides coverage on a Scheduled basis for projects:
Owned by the insured (or an existing subsidiary)
Produced by the insured (or an existing subsidiary)
Insured via a production E&O policy at the time of the project's original release or airing.

How do I file a claim related to any Production Program and any Event Program?
Workers' Compensation Claims
Workers' Compensation claims consist of injury to your compensated and non-compensated employees and volunteers. Workers' Compensation claims will be handled directly between the insurance carrier and the insured. The claimant or insured shall contact the carrier directly and reference the policy number. Download the claims form to complete. Once completed, please email it to the insurance carrier directly.
