Calia Keys is developed and provided by CaliaWaves. This Privacy Policy explains how Calia Keys handles user information and data.
Calia Keys does not collect, store, sell, or share personal user data with CaliaWaves or third parties.
The app does not require users to create an account, sign in, provide a name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, or other personal information.
Calia Keys does not use advertising SDKs, analytics services, tracking technologies, or profiling systems.
Calia Keys stores certain app information locally on the user's device in order to provide its functionality. This may include application settings, musical preferences, saved progressions, melodies, rhythms, audio settings, and other user-created musical content.
This information remains on the user's device and is not transmitted to CaliaWaves.
Local application data can be removed by clearing the application's data or uninstalling Calia Keys. Exported files can be deleted directly by the user from their device.
Calia Keys offers optional one-time digital purchases through Google Play Billing.
Purchases are processed by Google Play. CaliaWaves does not receive, collect, or store users' payment card or banking information.
Google Play may process information necessary to complete and manage purchases according to Google's own privacy policies and terms.
Calia Keys allows users to create and export musical files such as audio or MIDI files.
If a user chooses to save, export, or share a file, that action is initiated explicitly by the user. CaliaWaves does not receive or store these exported files.
When users choose to share a file through another application or service, the privacy practices of that third-party application or service may apply.
CaliaWaves does not maintain a server-side database containing Calia Keys user information.
Locally stored application data remains on the user's device until the user deletes it, clears the app's data, uses available reset functions, or uninstalls the application.
Purchase information and purchase entitlements associated with a Google Play account are managed by Google Play.
Because Calia Keys does not operate a user-account backend or remotely store users' personal information, CaliaWaves does not maintain a remote database of personal user data.
Local information is handled within the application and device environment. Transactions performed through Google Play are handled by Google's systems.
Calia Keys is a music learning, practice, and creation application intended primarily for teenagers and adults. The application is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
This Privacy Policy may be updated if Calia Keys introduces new functionality or if legal or platform requirements change.
