- Must have completed 1 year of college

- (1) Complete Online Application, (2) Transcripts, (3) Resume, (4) Photograph, (5) Two letters of recommendation - at least one from a professor or professional in the field

Application: (1) Individual statement describing unique educational experiences (e.g., special projects), career plans, leadership experience, involvement in a Material Advantage chapter, and community involvement. This statement should be no more than 200 words, (2) Three TMS Scholarship Recommendation Forms, (3) Up-to-Date Transcript
