This Privacy Policy applies to the Calenflow mobile application (“the App”) developed by Takumi Sakai (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Calenflow is a productivity app that helps users manage tasks, schedules, reminders, time blocks, reports, and goal-related planning. The App does not require users to create a Calenflow account. Most user-created data is stored locally on the user’s device. Some optional features use Google services or third-party services as described below.
The App stores productivity-related data on your device, including but not limited to:
Tasks and to-do items
Calendar blocks and schedules
Goals and mind-map data
Routines
Not-to-do items
Timer and report data
App settings
This data is primarily stored locally on your device and is used to provide the App’s core functionality.
If you choose to connect Google Calendar, the App may read and write calendar-related data in order to:
Display your Google Calendar events inside the App
Help you identify available time slots
Export or synchronize schedules created in Calenflow with Google Calendar
The App uses Google Calendar data only to provide calendar synchronization and scheduling features.
If you choose to use backup or sync features, the App may store app data in your Google Drive App Data Folder.
The App Data Folder is a private app-specific folder in your Google Drive and is used to back up and restore Calenflow data such as schedules, tasks, settings, and related app data.
The App offers optional premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. We do not directly collect or store your credit card number or payment card details.
We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and premium access. RevenueCat may process purchase-related information such as:
Purchase history
Subscription status
Product identifiers
Transaction-related information
App user identifiers used to manage premium access
This information is used to confirm whether you have access to premium features, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and analyze subscription performance.
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements to non-premium users.
Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share certain data for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention purposes, including:
IP address
Device and account identifiers, such as Android Advertising ID and app set ID
App interactions, such as app launches, taps, and ad interactions
Diagnostic information, such as app and SDK performance information
Users who purchase premium access may have ads removed depending on the premium plan.
We use collected or processed information for the following purposes:
To provide task management, scheduling, calendar, reminder, reporting, and goal-planning features
To synchronize or back up data when the user enables Google Calendar or Google Drive features
To manage premium subscriptions and restore purchases
To display advertisements to non-premium users
To improve app stability and functionality
To prevent fraud, abuse, and invalid activity
To comply with legal and platform requirements
The App uses the following third-party services:
Used to read and write calendar events when the user enables Google Calendar integration.
Used to back up and restore app data in the user’s Google Drive App Data Folder when the user enables backup or sync features.
Used to display advertisements and support advertising-related measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention.
Used to process in-app purchases and subscriptions.
Used to manage subscription status, premium access, purchase validation, and purchase restoration.
These third-party services may collect, process, or receive data according to their own privacy policies and service terms.
We do not sell users’ personal data.
We do not operate our own external server to collect or store users’ personal schedule, task, calendar, or goal data.
However, data may be processed or shared with third-party service providers when necessary to provide App functionality, including Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, and RevenueCat.
Data may also be disclosed when required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
Calenflow’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google Calendar and Google Drive data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide user-facing calendar synchronization, backup, and restore features. We do not use Google Calendar or Google Drive data for advertising purposes.
Most app data is stored locally on your device.
When data is transmitted to third-party services such as Google, AdMob, Google Play Billing, or RevenueCat, transmission is handled through secure communication methods provided by those services.
Please note that no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
Locally stored data remains on your device unless you delete it within the App or uninstall the App.
Data stored in Google Drive App Data Folder remains in your Google account unless deleted through the App, by uninstalling/removing app data access where applicable, or through your Google account settings.
Purchase and subscription records may be retained by Google Play Billing and RevenueCat as necessary to manage subscriptions, restore purchases, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and maintain transaction records.

The App is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update it, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

本プライバシーポリシーは、Takumi Sakai（以下「当方」）が提供するモバイルアプリ「Calenflow」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。

ユーザーが Google カレンダー連携を有効にした場合、本アプリは以下の目的で Google カレンダーのデータを読み取り、または書き込むことがあります。

空き時間を視覚的に把握できるようにするため
Calenflow で作成したスケジュールを Google カレンダーと同期または反映するため
Google カレンダーのデータは、カレンダー同期およびスケジュール管理機能を提供する目的にのみ使用されます。
ユーザーがバックアップまたは同期機能を利用する場合、本アプリは Google Drive の App Data Folder にアプリデータを保存することがあります。
App Data Folder は、Google Drive 内のアプリ専用の非公開領域であり、Calenflow のスケジュール、タスク、設定、その他関連データのバックアップおよび復元のために使用されます。
本アプリでは、任意のプレミアム機能をアプリ内購入またはサブスクリプションとして提供することがあります。
購入処理は Google Play Billing を通じて行われます。当方は、ユーザーのクレジットカード番号や決済カード情報を直接収集または保存しません。
本アプリでは、サブスクリプション状態およびプレミアムアクセスの管理のために RevenueCat を使用します。RevenueCat は、以下のような購入関連情報を処理することがあります。

本アプリでは、以下の第三者サービスを利用します。
ユーザーが Google カレンダー連携を有効にした場合に、カレンダー予定の読み取りおよび書き込みのために使用します。
ユーザーがバックアップまたは同期機能を有効にした場合に、Google Drive の App Data Folder へのデータ保存および復元のために使用します。
広告表示、広告関連の測定、分析、不正防止のために使用します。
アプリ内購入およびサブスクリプションの処理のために使用します。
サブスクリプション状態、プレミアムアクセス、購入検証、購入復元の管理のために使用します。
これらの第三者サービスは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーおよび利用規約に従って、データを収集、処理、または受領する場合があります。
当方は、ユーザーの個人データを販売しません。
また、当方は、ユーザーの個人的なスケジュール、タスク、カレンダー、目標データを収集・保存するための独自の外部サーバーを運営していません。
ただし、本アプリの機能提供に必要な範囲で、Google Calendar、Google Drive、Google AdMob、Google Play Billing、RevenueCat などの第三者サービスプロバイダによりデータが処理または共有される場合があります。
また、法令、規制、法的手続き、または政府機関からの有効な要請に対応するため、必要な範囲でデータが開示される場合があります。
Calenflow が Google API から取得した情報の使用および他のアプリへの転送は、限定的使用の要件を含め、Google API サービス ユーザーデータポリシーに準拠します。
Google Calendar および Google Drive から取得したデータは、ユーザー向けのカレンダー同期、バックアップ、復元機能を提供する目的にのみ使用されます。Google Calendar または Google Drive のデータを広告目的で使用することはありません。
本アプリの多くのデータは、ユーザーの端末内に保存されます。
Google、AdMob、Google Play Billing、RevenueCat などの第三者サービスにデータが送信される場合、その通信は各サービスが提供する安全な通信方法により行われます。
ただし、インターネット上の通信または電子的な保存方法が完全に安全であることを保証することはできません。
端末内に保存されたデータは、ユーザーが本アプリ内で削除するか、本アプリをアンインストールするまで端末内に保持されます。
Google Drive の App Data Folder に保存されたデータは、ユーザーが本アプリ内で削除する、アプリのアクセス権やアプリデータを削除する、または Google アカウント設定から削除するまで保持される場合があります。
購入およびサブスクリプションに関する記録は、サブスクリプション管理、購入の復元、不正防止、法令遵守、取引記録の維持のために、Google Play Billing および RevenueCat により保持される場合があります。
RevenueCat または当方がアクセス可能なアプリ関連データの削除を希望する場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
本アプリは、子どもを主な対象として提供されるものではありません。当方は、子どもから個人情報を故意に収集することはありません。
子どもが本アプリを通じて個人情報を提供したと思われる場合は、適切に対応するため、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
当方は、必要に応じて本プライバシーポリシーを更新することがあります。更新した場合は、本ページ上部の「最終更新日」を変更します。
