本アプリ「カレンダータスクリスト＆報告書」（以下「本アプリ」）は、開発者（以下「開発者」）が個人で開発・提供するアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取得する情報とその取り扱いについて説明します。
本アプリは、機能の提供にあたり以下の情報を取得します。
Googleアカウント情報 本アプリでは、カレンダーの共有機能を利用する際にGoogleアカウントによるログイン（Firebase Authentication）を使用します。ログインに伴い、Googleアカウントのメールアドレス、表示名、プロフィール画像を取得します。
ユーザーが作成したデータ カレンダーの予定、報告書（収入・支出・労働時間の記録を含む）、ToDo、メモなど、ユーザーが本アプリ内で作成した情報です。カレンダーの共有機能を利用した場合、これらの情報はGoogle Cloud Firestoreに保存され、共有先のユーザーと同期されます。
添付画像 予定や報告書に添付された画像は、Google Cloud Storageに保存されます。
広告に関する情報 本アプリは広告表示のためにGoogle AdMobを使用しています。広告の配信・最適化のため、広告識別子等の情報がGoogleによって収集される場合があります。詳細はGoogleの広告に関するポリシーをご確認ください。
購入情報 本アプリのプレミアム機能（サブスクリプション）の購入処理は、Google Playの課金システム（Google Play Billing）を通じて行われます。支払い情報自体は開発者には共有されず、Googleが管理します。
取得した情報は、以下の目的にのみ利用します。
本アプリの機能（カレンダー・予定・報告書の管理、カレンダー共有、プレミアム機能の提供）を提供するため
広告の配信のため
不具合の調査・対応のため
取得した情報は、以下のサービス提供者以外の第三者に提供することはありません。
Google（Firebase Authentication、Cloud Firestore、Cloud Storage、AdMob、Google Play Billing）
これらのサービスにおけるデータの取り扱いについては、各サービス提供者のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
データの削除
アプリ内での削除
共有をやめる：カレンダー管理画面の「共有をやめる」を行うと、共有先との同期が停止します。共有カレンダーのオーナーが行った場合は、その共有カレンダーのデータ（予定・報告書・ToDo・メモ・添付画像・招待コード）がサーバーから削除されます。メンバーが行った場合は、そのメンバーが共有から外れます（共有データはオーナーのもとに残ります）。
アカウントを削除する：カレンダー管理画面の「アカウントを削除する」を行うと、Firebase上のユーザー登録が削除され、Googleアカウントとの連携が解除されます。あわせて、ご自身がオーナーとなっている共有カレンダーのデータはサーバーから削除され、メンバーとして参加している共有からは外れます。
メールでの削除依頼
アプリを削除済みの場合など、アプリ内で操作できない場合は、下記メールアドレスまでご連絡ください。ご連絡いただいてから7日以内に、該当するアカウント・データをFirebase上から削除いたします。
共有データの保存期間
共有メンバー全員が最後に本アプリを利用してから6か月以上経過した共有データは、サーバーから削除することがあります。
本アプリをアンインストールしただけでは、サーバー上の共有データは削除されません。速やかな削除をご希望の場合は、アンインストール前に上記の「共有をやめる」または「アカウントを削除する」を行うか、メールでご連絡ください。
端末内のデータについて
端末内に保存されているカレンダーのデータ（予定・報告書・ToDoなど）は、Googleアカウントに依存しない端末内のみのデータのため、上記の削除の対象外です。本アプリをアンインストールすると削除されます。

"Calendar Task List & Report" (the "App") is developed and provided by an individual developer (the "Developer"). This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is handled.
Google account information The App uses Google sign-in (Firebase Authentication) when you use the calendar sharing feature. When you sign in, we obtain your Google account's email address, display name, and profile picture.
Data you create This includes calendar events, reports (including records of income, expenses, and working hours), to-dos, memos, and other information you create in the App. When you use the calendar sharing feature, this information is stored in Google Cloud Firestore and synchronized with the users you share with.
Attached images Images attached to events or reports are stored in Google Cloud Storage.
Advertising information The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. Information such as advertising identifiers may be collected by Google to deliver and optimize ads. For details, please see Google's advertising policies.
Purchase information Purchases of the App's premium features (subscriptions) are processed through Google Play's billing system (Google Play Billing). Payment information itself is not shared with the Developer and is managed by Google.
The information we collect is used only for the following purposes:
To provide the App's features (managing calendars, events and reports, calendar sharing, and premium features)
To deliver ads
To investigate and fix problems
We do not provide the information we collect to any third party other than the following service providers:
Google (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, AdMob, Google Play Billing)
The privacy policies of these service providers apply to the handling of data within their services.
Deleting data in the App
Stop sharing: Selecting "Stop sharing" on the "Manage Calendars" screen stops synchronization with the people you share with. If the owner of a shared calendar does this, that shared calendar's data (events, reports, to-dos, memos, attached images, and the invitation code) is deleted from our servers. If a member does this, that member is removed from the share (the shared data remains with the owner).
Delete account: Selecting "Delete account" on the "Manage Calendars" screen deletes your user registration on Firebase and disconnects your Google account. Data of shared calendars you own is also deleted from our servers, and you are removed from any shares you have joined as a member.
Requesting deletion by email If you cannot do this in the App (for example, because you have already uninstalled it), please contact us at the email address below. We will delete the relevant account and data from Firebase within 7 days of receiving your request.
Retention of shared data
Shared data may be deleted from our servers if none of the share members has used the App for 6 months or more.
Uninstalling the App alone does not delete shared data from our servers. If you would like it deleted promptly, please use "Stop sharing" or "Delete account" described above before uninstalling, or contact us by email.
Data stored on your device Calendar data stored on your device (events, reports, to-dos, etc.) is local to the device, does not depend on your Google account, and is not covered by the deletion described above. It is deleted when you uninstall the App.
