Preparing Your Child

Give them opportunities to play with other children.

Teach them self-care skills, such as putting on their coat and shoes.

Teach them to recognise their own jacket and bag.

Give them opportunities to listen and follow instructions and directions from adults.

Give them opportunities to use/practice gross motor skill.

Give them opportunities to explore books and sing nursery rhymes.
