Welcome!
My name is Eugenia, and I’m honored to share my passion for herbalism, education, and holistic healing with you. My journey into the world of plants and natural wellness began at a young age, deeply influenced by my upbringing. I was fortunate to grow up immersed in traditional Slavic herbalism, watching and learning as my mother practiced this ancestral art. Those early experiences laid the foundation for a lifelong love of plants and a deep respect for their healing power.
In my career, I have cultivated a diverse and comprehensive approach to herbal medicine through independent study, formal education, and practical experience guiding individuals on their wellness journeys.
For many years I delved into the works of prominent Western herbalists such as Rosemary Gladstar, Michael Moore, and Matthew Wood, gaining a solid grounding in traditional Western herbal practices. Simultaneously, I studied Ayurvedic healing theory, which resonated with the Eastern herbal traditions I grew up with. This system of balance and energetics is central to my approach, guiding how I work with plants to support the body, mind, and spirit. Additionally, I studied foundational theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), which further informs my holistic and integrative practice.
To deepen my knowledge and refine my clinical skills, I pursued graduate-level courses in clinical herbal medicine, anatomy and physiology, and complementary and alternative medicine research at the American College of Healthcare Sciences.
I also hold dual Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Environmental Studies, both of which deeply inform my understanding of systemic relationships between people, plants, and the environment.
Beyond my studies of natural wellness, I have spent the last 15 years diving into the study and practice of metaphysical and esoteric philosophies. This knowledge has enriched my holistic perspective on wellness and the interconnectedness of all life. I believe that true healing emerges from a relationship of reciprocity between individuals and the natural world because all of creation is a mirror upon itself.
In my down time, you can often find me meandering through the Caledonia Valley, the heart of the St. Croix rainforest, building upon my love for botany and communing with plants. These moments of connection continue to deepen my relationship with the Earth, and they are central to how I show up as both an herbalist and an educator.
Today, I offer one-on-one herbal consultations tailored to your unique needs, as well as group educational workshops that empower others to embrace the wisdom of plants.
My experience lies in having helped hundreds of people overcome wellness challenges and improve their total well being. My practice is rooted in tradition, science, and spirit—a space where ancient knowledge meets modern understanding to help you connect with your body, your health, and the natural world.
Thank you for being here. I look forward to walking alongside you on your wellness journey.
