Caleb Kealoha

Hi! My name is Caleb, and I investigate when and why diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and strategies are effective.

I'm a first-year Organizational Behavior PhD student at the Harvard Business School. Before Harvard, I was the lab manager of the Crockett Lab (while it was in Yale University's Department of Psychology). I also completed my BA in Psychology at the University of California, Los Angeles, where I did research in the Social Cognitive Neuroscience Lab, the Computational Social Neuroscience Lab and on the UCLA Middle School & High School Diversity Projects.
