Microsoft Build is an annual flagship conference that brings together developers, engineers, and technology leaders to explore the latest innovations, tools, and solutions in the Microsoft ecosystem. As a key moment in the company’s calendar, Build serves to showcase product advancements, drive thought leadership, and strengthen Microsoft’s developer community.
My goal was to develop a comprehensive social media and community engagement strategy to maximize reach and engagement for the Microsoft Build conference before, during, and after the event.
This is an influencer strategy for a mid-sized creative agency that is used to running traditional influencer campaigns for several retail clients. They are now being asked by a key client to shift their strategy toward a creator-affiliate performance model, but the agency is uncertain about how to structure the program, measure success, or coach creators through performance expectations.
My goal was to create an enablement strategy to equip the agency to confidently launch and run a new creator-affiliate performance model.
