The PTA is offering snacks for all five early dismissal days when lunch isn’t served. Purchase the Half-Day Snack Pass for $20 to cover all five days, or order a snack for an individual day for $4. If you choose the individual-day option, additional dates will become available closer to each date.

How it works:
On early dismissal days, your student will receive a snack that includes a plain bagel stick, a cream cheese dipping cup, and an apple juice box.

November 19, November 25, December 23, February 10, February 11

We’re excited to offer a lineup of after-school classes for Caldwell students! These programs are a great way for kids to explore new interests, build skills, and have some fun with their classmates, all while supporting the James Caldwell School PTA.

Classes are offered Monday through Friday, with options ranging from dance and robotics to sports, crafts, and musical theatre.

How it works:
Students are dismissed directly from school to their after-school class at 2:45 PM. Classes end at 3:45 PM, when parents can pick up at the main entrance, or students can be sent to after-care.

Dates:
Classes begin the week of November 9. Registration closes Friday, October 30.

The Birthday Book Club gives families the opportunity to donate a new book to Caldwell’s library in honor of their child’s birthday. Here’s how it works:

1. Your child gets to select a book & take it home to enjoy for a week before it permanently becomes part of the Caldwell library collection.

2. A special dedication with your child’s name will be placed inside the book.

3. Your child’s picture will also be featured on the Birthday Book Club bulletin board!

It’s a fun way to celebrate your child while adding new books to our school library for years to come.
