Meet Kate and Justin Adams! They’re the proud owners of Nurtured Lands Farm here in Caldwell County, and they’ll have pasture raised chickens available at market.
Meet Ross and Michelle Hunter with Idle Hour Farms- Pasture Raised Lamb.
Located South of Princeton, they are a forth generation family farm. They maintain a breeding herd and raise their own lambs on pesticide free pastures. They are 100% pasture raised and finished. No medicines, no added hormones, no GMO’s.
Their lambs are processed locally in a USDA inspected facility and packed in vacuum sealed packages.
They’ll be at our first farmers market on May 1st. Stop by to get your fresh lamb.
CRESWELL FARMS LLC, owned by Stacey and Kim Brown, will be at Caldwell County Farmers Market located at Kentucky Farm Bureau parking lot in 2021. Stacey cultivates gourmet mushrooms in climate control areas. Varieties available are shittake, lion's mane, and blue oysters.
His wife Kim makes cold processed soap and body products (both the good smelly ones with fragrance as well as the all natural Down to Earth edition). Kim plans to add new products as the year goes on.
Misty and Lexie are sisters who make a mean fresh salsa. They can throw together a yummy fruit cup, too.
Trimble Farms is a family owned farm in western KY. Owners Ben and Lisa Trimble, along with their children Katy and Bradley, sell homegrown produce, fruits, baked goods and meat at their roadside vegetable stand and at Caldwell County Farmers Market in Princeton.
They look forward to seeing customers at their veggie stand as well as the farmers market. Like their Facebook page-Trimble Farms-for news and updates about what’s happening on their farm.
New this year CSA Deliveries. Each week we will deliver fresh organic produce from our farm to your front door. We deliver to Princeton, Eddyville, Kuttawa, Fredonia & Marion. We are very excited to be expanding and offering this service for our customers. We will also have our website (www.urbanparadiseproduce.com) that you will be able to pre-order for Farmers Market pick up at either Princeton or Kuttawa.
Each Wednesday will will offer pick up orders and the farm from our website. We will still have our produce building open every day just like in the past (building is located behind Pennyroyal Center), but you can guarantee that you will get the purple / cheddar cauliflower or blue cabbage instead of having to check the building or come to the Farmers Markets extremely early.
Thanks so much for your supporting local farmers!!
