Does CalculusOne require an account?

No. CalculusOne does not require an account or login.

Does CalculusOne collect personal information?

No. CalculusOne does not collect personal information. Learning progress is stored locally on your device.

How do I reset my progress?

If the app includes a reset option, use it from inside the app. You can also remove locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device.

Why are some practice problems marked for redo?

Practice problems marked as failed are saved to a redo list so you can find them later and practice again.

I found a mistake in a lesson or solution. What should I do?

Please contact support with the lesson name, problem, screenshot, and a short explanation. We will review it.

How do I request a refund?

If you bought CalculusOne through the Apple App Store, refunds are handled by Apple. Please use Apple's purchase/refund tools for App Store purchases. We cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

Do you see my payment information?

No. App Store payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive your credit card number, Apple ID password, or full payment details.
