Yes, accommodations will be provided. However, please wait for further announcements regarding the venue and accommodation arrangements

The transportation arrangements for the workshops are currently being finalized. Further details will be announced once confirmed. For the competitions, no transportation will be provided, as all creative competitions will be conducted within the main venue.

Children aged 11 years old and below may attend the conference free of charge. However, free registration does not include meals or conference kits. Families are highly encouraged to join the conference together and experience the event as a family.

Registration fees are Non-Refundable but Transferable.
To request a Registration Transfer, please complete the inquiry form and provide the following information:
1. TID Number – Enter your Transaction ID (TID) number.
2. Inquiry Type – Select “Registration Transfer.”
3. Inquiry Details – Provide the name of the currently registered participant and the name of the person to whom the registration will be transferred. Example: Gelo Melu → Martin Canicosa
