End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, CalIntake grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the CalIntake application for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app

• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

• Transfer, sell, or sublicense the app to third parties

• Use the app for any illegal purpose

3. Subscription Terms

Premium subscriptions include:

• Monthly billing at $2.99/month

• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before renewal date

• Access to all premium features during active subscription

• Cancellation effective at end of current billing period

4. In-App Purchases (iOS)

For iOS users, subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's Terms of Service and standard App Store terms.

5. Data Usage

You retain ownership of your data. By using CalIntake, you grant us permission to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy to provide and improve our services.

6. Updates and Modifications

We may update the app from time to time. Updates may be required for continued use. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with or without notice.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Nutritional data and calorie calculations are estimates and may not be 100% accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CalIntake SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

9. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app and delete all copies.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CalIntake operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
