Welcome to Cal Bud!
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cal Bud mobile application (“App”) provided by Innovators Labs (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By accessing or using Cal Bud, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
You agree to use Cal Bud only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
You must not:
Upload or share harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
Use the app to harass, impersonate, or mislead others.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or modify any part of the app.
2. Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account with your name and email.
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions and AI Credits
Cal Bud offers subscription plans that provide premium features and AI analysis credits.
All payments are final and non-refundable.
If you wish to cancel a subscription, you may contact support to disable renewal or access until expiration.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers.
We do not collect or store any credit card or billing information.
5. AI Photo Analysis Disclaimer
The AI-based nutrition analysis is provided for informational purposes only and is not medical advice.
While we strive for accuracy, results may vary. Always consult a qualified health professional before making dietary changes.
6. Support Chat
Users may contact our support team via in-app chat and upload images for troubleshooting.
When using the chat feature, you agree to:
Communicate respectfully and refrain from using offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language.
Not send spam, advertising, or misleading information.
Only share information or images relevant to your support request.
You also agree not to upload or transmit:
Harmful, explicit, or violent content.
Malware, harmful code or files that could harm the system.
Copyrighted materials.
We reserve the right to review chat messages and uploaded content for compliance with these Terms.
Violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account or loss of access to support features.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and software in Cal Bud are the property of Innovators Labs.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the app.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cal Bud and Innovators Labs are not liable for:
Any inaccuracies in AI food analysis results
Loss of data or service interruptions
Any health or dietary outcomes from use of the app
Use of the app is at your own risk.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by international laws.
Any disputes will be resolved under fair and applicable international standards.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms occasionally. The changes will be posted on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be updated. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
