Booking/Cancellation Policy

Booking:

• Advance Booking: All cake orders must be placed at least 10 days in advance. This allows us to ensure that we can accommodate your order and dedicate the necessary time and resources to create a quality product.

• Booking Confirmation: Your order is confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value. This deposit secures your slot in our baking schedule.

• Order Details: Please provide accurate details regarding your order, including flavor, size, design preferences, and any special dietary requirements or allergies. Any changes to the order must be communicated at least 5days before the scheduled pickup/delivery time.

Cancellation:

• Cancellation Period: Cancellations must be made at least 7days before the scheduled pickup/delivery date. Any cancellations made after this period may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation within the 7 days period, we may offer a credit for a future order, subject to availability and our discretion.

• Emergency Cancellations: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In case of emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss possible alternatives.

Rescheduling:

• Rescheduling Requests: Requests to reschedule an order are subject to availability and must be made at least 5days before the original pickup/delivery date.

• Deposit Transfer: If you need to reschedule your order and notify us within the specified period, your deposit may be transferred to the new date, provided availability allows.

Miscellaneous:

• Delivery/Pickup: Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the agreed-upon time and location. We are not responsible for any damage to the product after delivery/pickup.

• Quality Assurance: We take pride in the quality of our products and strive to meet your expectations. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

• Special Packaging: If you need special packaging due to long travel then please mention this during ordering process.
