Before We Start
Please submit a fully cut .psd file. (Guide for properly cut .psd can be found here.) This will be the first thing I check before asking for the invoice to be paid.
Please understand that I can only animate what I am given to work with. For example, if the eyes I am given do not have separate eye shines, I will not be able to animate the shines to bounce. Please communicate with your artist and rigger what you're looking for in order for it to work smoothly!
Depending on severity of problems with the .psd file, there's a few things we can do.
If the problems with the .psd are small (i.e. symmetrical parts that weren't cut to be individual layers, etc,) I can communicate what needs to be fixed for free.
If the problems are fixable, but need more time investment (i.e. small recoloring/filling in gaps from open art meshes, etc,) I will charge a small fee ($20 - $40 depending on the amount of fixing needed) to fix it.
If the problems will simply require too much time to fix, I will return the file to you and ask for it to be fixed before working on it again.

Payments will be done through Paypal Invoices. (unless otherwise agreed upon.)
Payments will be done upfront or split 50/50 (once at the beginning and the final once the product has been received.)
Will only start once payment or first installment has been received.
Refunds will only be given proportional to the work that has been done. (Full refund if I haven't started yet, half if I'm halfway done, etc.)
The following is an example of my workflow to give you an idea of refund completion. (Note, these steps may not be followed exactly as written here, but it's to give you an idea.)
1/4 Done - Art Meshes, Folders Sorted, Deformers Organized
1/2 Done - Head XYZ Done, Breathing Done
3/4 Done - Body XY Done, Eyes (Open, Form and Bounce) Done
Fully Done - Mouth Open/Form Done, Physics Done
Timeline for completion ranges between 1 to 3 months, depending on extenuating circumstances. (I'm a full-time PhD student, but I'll keep in contact if something comes up!)
Communication is important, but please don't rush me. I'll happily answer questions, but please keep it professional.
Rigs will be worked on one at a time, and a list of WIP and Wait Lists will be available on this site to check on.
