Cake Maker: Sweet Bakery has no ads, no in-app purchases, and no cross-app tracking. The game is playable offline without creating a Cake Maker account. Apple Game Center rankings are optional on iPhone and iPad. The Android version uses local bakery records only and does not connect to an online leaderboard.
The game stores your level, unlocked content, scores, stars, coins, game history, local bakery records, sound preferences, and pending Game Center scores on your device. Your bakery progress is not uploaded as a cloud save. Deleting the game removes its local data, subject to your device's backup and restore settings.
Score sharing is off by default. If you enable Game Center in the game's settings, the game sends your total stars and best cake score to Apple Game Center for rankings under your Game Center profile. The game may display your Game Center nickname on your device.
Apple manages Game Center sign-in, profile visibility, family permissions, and Game Center data. We do not receive your Apple ID email address or password, and we do not create a separate online player account or operate a remote leaderboard server. The game does not use Unity Authentication or Unity online leaderboards.
You can turn off score sharing in the game's settings. This stops future score submissions and keeps your local bakery. Turning sharing off or deleting the game does not automatically remove scores already held by Game Center. Manage your Game Center profile and privacy choices through Apple's settings and privacy tools.

The game remains playable offline by all ages. Game Center is optional, and its availability and sharing features are subject to Apple's account eligibility, parental controls, and family permissions. The game does not require Game Center to play or progress.
The game does not request your email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone. It does not include third-party advertising, behavioral analytics, or tracking services.
Apple's App Store and TestFlight, and Google Play, process downloads, testing, and related account or diagnostic information under their respective policies. We do not operate our own server that collects personal information from the game.
We may update this policy if the game's features or data practices change. Any updated policy will be posted with a revised effective date.
