Ordering Policy

All orders must be placed in advance. We recommend placing your order as early as possible to secure your desired date.

Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due before the order is fulfilled.

Payment is required to confirm your order. No order will be processed or reserved without full payment or a deposit, as applicable.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, but if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Orders 3-Dozen + are not considered confirmed until a deposit is received.

        Payment Methods

Cash

Cash App – A $2.75 processing fee applies to all Cash App payments.

Card  – Sales tax is added to the total at the time of payment. 

Pick-Up And Delivery Policy

Orders can be picked up at our business location, pop-up events, or at arranged public meetups.

Delivery

Free Delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of our business location.

Deliveries beyond 10 miles will include an additional delivery fee.

Please Note

It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive at the confirmed time and location for pickup.

 Orders not picked up at the scheduled time may be subject to cancellation without refund, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

 ALL of our baked goods are made to order.

ALL sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and Florida cottage food laws, we do not offer refunds.

Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and begin preparation.

Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before your scheduled pickup/delivery to be eligible for a partial credit toward a future order.

Cancellations made less than 5 days in advance will result in loss of any payments made.

No refunds or credits will be issued for:

Missed pickups or no-shows

Changes made after the order has been started

Dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences

Allergen & Kitchen Disclaimer

All cake-pops contain soy, wheat, eggs, and milk. 

All cookies contain soy, wheat, eggs, and milk. 

Our baked goods are made in a Florida cottage food operation that is exempt from state inspection. 

Products are prepared in a kitchen that uses nuts and other allergens.

 Ingredients may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, soybeans, tree nuts, coconut, and nuts.

 At this time, we are not able to offer gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, soy-free, or wheat-free options.

We take food safety seriously, but we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens due to shared equipment and facilities.

If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please notify us before placing your order so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

Design & Customization Policy

Custom cake-pops are priced per order & may require a deposit to confirm.

Customer Satisfaction/Concerns

 All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted.

 If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery with details and photos (if applicable). 

We will evaluate concerns on a case-by-case basis and may offer partial credit towards another order, or a replacement item at our discretion.

 We do not offer refunds for:

- Personal taste preferences

- Missed pickup or delivery

- Improper storage after pickup/delivery

Social Media & Photo Release

By placing an order with us or participating in our events, you grant Cait's Creations the right to use photos or videos taken of your order, you, or your event for promotional purposes. 

This includes but is not limited to:

Sharing on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)

In-person or online marketing materials

Including in advertisements or other promotional content

We respect your privacy. If you do not wish to have your photos or videos shared, please notify us before your order or event.
