All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
Authors are invited to submit original research contributions not concurrently submitted elsewhere (Submission Link). Normal length papers should be ( 6 ) pages, IEEE two-column format (Latex template - Word template). The authors may choose LaTeX or Microsoft Word templates.

Submitted papers will be refereed by at least three reviewers for quality, correctness, originality, and relevance. Notification and reviews will be communicated via email.
The similarity content should not exceed 20%.
Only papers presenting original content with novel research results or successful innovative applications will be considered for publication in the conference.
