It is also cheaper, and there are no taxes like Unity has. The engine is smaller compared to Unity, with only 50MB of storage, making it accessible to anyone with a computer. 

Believe it or not, the caioBuild Engine is completely free! However, if you want access to more features, you can consider purchasing the Pro version. The Pro Version will be avaliable for purchase after two weeks of the free version initial releaase.

The caioBuild Engine utilizes functions. With just a click of a button, you can create cool things. The functions available in the free version include: Main Menu, FPS Controller (Player with Gun), Modern Menu, Player Control Arrow, Player Enemy, Player Enemy with Gun, and All Objects with Physics. The Pro Version will be avaliable some weeks after the initial Engine release.
