Hide (or delete) everything ,Curves, Dimensions, Circles, Lights excepts the surfaces!
File > Export > Rapid Protoype
Export STL
3. Drag select your Surfaces and Accept the Stitch Tolerance
Tip:
The Stitch Tolerance can be adjusted to "bridge" over gaps and edge problems. A possibly cheating tool :)
It´s okey with Yellow (Naked Edges) because we do not need a leakage free 3D-volume when Milling
(3D printing demands a leakage free model!).
We can even have small gaps as long as they are smaller than the choosen milling tool.
Milling is "friendly".

4. Decide the Quality of the Mesh
This Tolerance is the max deviation you can accept between the original NURBS surface and the polygon Mesh.
Smaller Tolerance value = higher Quality
Max Edge Length avoids having very "stretched" polygon (triangles)
Smaller Max Edge Length value = higher Quality
Create and Preview the Mesh
5. Wrong Normals?!
If Yellow surfaces seen from the Top View (milling direction) then flip them with the Use of Surface Normal Tool.
(Alias: Surface Edit > Orientation > Set Geometric Surface Orientation)
6. Check the Mesh Quality
Zoom in on a curved surface and decide if you need more polygons.
BUT try to keep the file size below 20mb
For simple geomtery (the MC-fairing) that is not a problem at all :)
Check the Mesh Quality!
7. Improve the Mesh Quality
Adjust:
Tolerance
Max Edge Length
Update and examine!
BUT try to keep the STL-file size below 20mb
Adjust the Mesh Density. But keep the STL-file below 20mb!
8. Export the Mesh as a STL-File
And check that the STL-file size is below 20mb
Usually never over 50 mb
Over 100 mb is embarrassing! :)
Save STL-file Keep down the file size but keep up the Mesh Quality
