Center for Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (CAIDAS) of the University of Würzburg is organizing a two-day AI conference, as a form of "scientific opening" of the Center. This two-day event will take place October 29-30, 2025 at the University of Würzburg. The event is co-organized and supported by BAIOSPHERE. It is also generously supported by the Vogel Stiftung Dr. Eckernkamp.

This two-day event will take place October 29-30, 2025 at the University of Würzburg. The event is co-organized and supported by BAIOSPHERE. The event has a twofold objective: to showcase the cutting-edge research carried out at CAIDAS, as well as to foster connections and collaborations between AI researchers in the (broader) region, with special focus on Bavaria.

"CAIDAS SciOp" is meant to be a general AI event with topical emphasis on research areas that are strongly represented in CAIDAS: computer vision, natural language processing, ML for graphs and networks, reinforcement learning and robotics, explainable AI, medical AI/ML/CV, ML for Business, ML for audio and music.
