- Moderna COVID-19 vaccines are now available to all those 18 years of age and older, with no geographic or other limitations.

- Moderna vaccine is made from the same mRNA technology as Pfizer vaccine.

- Due to limited supply, COVID-19 vaccination is only available by online registration and appointment only. You will be notified by phone or electronic messaging of your vaccination date and time once your eligibility has been confirmed based on the information you submitted below.

- Please arrive only 5-10 minutes early but not any earlier. If you arrive more than 10 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment time, you will be asked to wait in the car.

- In order to maintain distancing and to follow Public Health recommendations, no walk-ins will be accepted at this clinic locations.

- Please note no vaccines should be given in the last 14 days before COVID-19 vaccine and 4 weeks after the COVID-19 vaccine. We understand that none of approved vaccines contain eggs. We will contact you for the vaccine appointment time after confirming your eligibility. You will be notified by phone or electronic messaging system once we have a date and time slot for you.
