The Story of Cafe de Andrea
Cafe de Andrea was founded by a 24-year-old International Studies graduate from Davao City. After pursuing law school, she chose to follow her heart and return to her hometown in Baybay, Malalag, Davao del Sur—a beautiful province filled with warmth and lovely people.
To prepare for her journey, she trained in coffee brewing under a famous barista in Davao and mastered frappe-making in Manila, combining skill and passion to craft quality drinks for her customers.
Her dream was simple: to create a cozy space where everyone could enjoy both coffee and non-coffee beverages. Today, Cafe de Andrea is known for its bestsellers like the Salted Caramel Coffee and Biscoff Frappe.
The name Cafe de Andrea carries a deeper meaning. In Bisaya, it translates to “Kape ni Andrea”—a tribute to her great-grandmother Andrea, who loved brewing mais coffee and cared deeply for her family. This legacy of warmth and hospitality lives on in every cup served at Cafe de Andrea.
