PUP JPIA Manila shall aim for: 

1. Academic Excellence. PUP JPIA Manila shall adopt measures necessary to foster educational advancement in accountancy and its related fields through seminars, webinars, symposia, workshops, conferences, congresses, and conventions; inter-scholastic functions; and other academic and cocurricular services to its members. 

2. Fellowship and Solidarity. PUP JPIA Manila shall establish unity and harmonious relationship among its members, other undergraduate students at the University, and other multisectoral organizations for the advancement of a world-class and nationalist-oriented student academic organization. 

3. Socio-Civic and Cultural Consciousness. PUP JPIA Manila shall broaden the awareness and consciousness of its members through social, economic, and cultural development projects. 

4. Organizational Culture. PUP JPIA Manila shall acquaint its members with the business environment and activities of the accountancy and management accounting profession. 

5. Moral Integrity. PUP JPIA Manila shall promote and uphold all the moral values beneficial to its members and the accountancy profession.
